1、本科及以上学历，统计学、信息管理、商业分析或相关专业。
2、5年以上BI或数据分析经验，有经营分析背景，具备团队管理经验者优先。
3、精通SQL、Python/R等数据处理语言，熟悉BI工具如Tableau、Power BI等。
4、流利的英文沟通能力，能够与国际团队有效协作。
5、具备出色的领导力，能够激励团队，推动创新，解决复杂问题。

1、Bachelor's degree or above in Statistics, Information Management, Business Analytics, or related fields.
2、More than 5 years of experience in BI or data analysis, with a background in business analytics and a preference for team management experience.
3、Proficient in SQL, Python/R, and familiar with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI.
4、Fluent in English for effective communication with international teams.
