Job Description
1.Lead and oversee the overall accounting and financial control functions for the Indonesia Controllership team, ensuring compliance with Alibaba International's financial policies and local regulations.
2.Design and implement financial strategies, processes, and systems to enhance operational efficiency and financial reporting accuracy.
3.Manage a team of professionals to perform month-end closing, group reporting, statutory reporting and collating of information for tax reporting purposes.
4.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance improvement initiatives and identify areas to improve balance sheet position and working capital.
5.Work closely with Head of Finance for Indonesia to provide insights of accounting records.
6.Ensure an effective and efficient control environment in line with SOX standards and compliance with financial policies and procedures.
7.Support external and internal audit and ensure implementation of agreed upon recommendations resulting from the audit findings.
8.Provide opportunity to grow, demonstrate career path plans and development plans
9.Work collaboratively with Regional Finance for appropriate accounting treatment for transactions and events which require the application of significant professional judgment.
10. Provide insights to process leads and finance business partners on local statutory requirements when there are new business initiatives.

Job Requirements
1、Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in a similar role, preferably in a large-scale e-commerce environment.
2、Proven track record in leading a finance team and managing complex financial operations in a fast-paced environment.
3、In-depth understanding of local and international financial regulations, local tax laws, and accounting standards.
4、Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
5、Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
6、Proficient in using financial software and systems, with a solid understanding of SAP and their application in financial control.
7、Demonstrated ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide strategic insights to support business growth.
8、Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
9、Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
