Job Description
1. Working closely with country teams to ensure the smooth running of the day to day IT operations for all offices.
2. Develop guidelines, processes, and procedures to enhance office IT Infrastructure resiliency and service availability.
3. Experience establishing, implementing and running the day-to-day operations.
4. Extensive experience developing and enforcing standards and procedures for project deliverables quality assurance, walk-throughs, issues reporting and change management.
5. Passion for the development of clearly-defined and optimised operational environments.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Exceptional customer service and communication skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment, experience of supporting C Level Executives
7. Ability to lead and manage teams in a team-oriented and collaborative environment remotely
8. Hands-on management on the whole IT services, projects, key deliverables, builds and transfers
9. Strong experience with IT budgeting, Asset Management, IT Service Management, vendor Management, Stakeholder and Business Management
10. Strong passion on Change and CSI, Agile and dynamic.
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Above five years of experience in IT operations, with at least two years in a team lead or management role.
3. Proven track record in managing IT projects and leading a team in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
4. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, and network management.
5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with both technical and interpersonal skills non-technical stakeholders.
6. Demonstrated ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop practical solutions.
7. Experience working in a matrix organization, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results.
8. Familiarity with LAZADA's systems and processes is a plus.
9. In depth and hand-on experience in IT Asset Management.
10. ITIL v.3 / v.4 framework practical understanding and realistic application/execution is a must.
