【Job Description】:
1. Manage and coordinate campaign projects across multiple departments, ensuring alignment with Lazada's overall marketing & category strategy.
- Campaign strategy development
- Campaign execution and management
- Comprehensive understanding of category-specific campaign insights
2. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
3. Facilitate effective communication between teams, identifying potential roadblocks and proposing solutions to maintain project momentum.
4. Assist in the assessment of campaign performance, conducting post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement.
5. Ensure compliance with company processes and standards, contributing to the continuous improvement of PMO methodologies.
【Job Requirements】:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Less than 1 year of experience (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply) in project management, preferably in an e-commerce or marketing environment.
3. Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
4. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
5. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
6. Adaptable and proactive, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality projects on time.
