【职位描述】：
1、负责Lazada平台的商品成长产品策略制定，提升商家和平台的协同能力，确保业务目标的达成。
2、分析市场趋势和用户需求，优化商品结构，引入优质商品，提升用户体验。
3、识别平台商品供给缺口，与商家、供应商及内部团队紧密合作，推商品上新，提高商品销售表现。
4、监控商品运营数据，定期进行业务分析，为决策提供数据支持，持续优化运营效果。
5、参与产品功能的规划和优化，提升商品运营工具的效率和效果。

1、Responsible for formulating product operation strategies on the Lazada platform, improving product traffic and conversion rates to achieve business goals.
2、Analyze market trends and user needs, optimize product categories, introduce high-quality products, and enhance user experience.
3、Collaborate closely with merchants, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate product launches, promotional activities, and improve product sales performance.
4、Monitor product operation data, conduct regular business analysis, and provide data support for decision-making, continuously optimizing operational effectiveness.
5、Participate in the planning and optimization of product features to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of product operation tools.

【职位要求】：
1、本科及以上学历。
2、3年以上电商平台商品，有Lazada或其他跨境电商平台经验者优先。
3、熟悉电商运营流程，具备良好的数据分析能力和市场洞察力，能从数据中发现问题并提出解决方案。
4、具备出色的沟通协调能力，能够与跨部门团队有效合作，推动项目落地。
5、具备创新思维，对电商行业有热情，善于学习和适应变化。

1、Bachelor's degree or above in E-commerce, Marketing, or related fields.
2、More than 3 years of experience in product operation on e-commerce platforms, with a preference for those with experience in Lazada or other cross-border e-commerce platforms.
3、Familiar with e-commerce operation processes, strong data analysis skills, and market insight, able to identify issues from data and propose solutions.
4、Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project implementation.
5、Innovative mindset, passionate about the e-commerce industry, good at learning and adapting to changes.
