1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. More than 10 years of experience in business development, preferably in the e-commerce and/or logistics (specifically warehouse and fulfillment) industries.
3. Proven track record of successfully driving sustainable business growth and closing major deals in the Philippines market.
4. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, critical thinking, and problem solving skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
