3、Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring product availability and competitive pricing.
4、Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, and customer service, to optimize the customer experience and drive category performance.
5、Develop and implement category strategies, leveraging data insights to make informed decisions and drive category performance metrics.
1、Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2、More than 1 year of experience in category management, preferably in the e-commerce or FMCG industry, with a focus on groceries.
3、Solid understanding of the Thai FMCG market and the ability to identify emerging trends and consumer preferences.
4、Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
5、Strong analytical skills, proficient in using data to inform decision-making and drive category performance.
6、Fluent in Thai and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
7、Adaptable to a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a proactive and results-driven mindset within the dynamic Alibaba International ecosystem.
