1. Physical & Environmental Demands
- Work in a frozen room environment (temperature-controlled).
- Stand/move for 90% of shifts with ability to lift/carry items up to 25kg.

2. Inventory Management & Quality Control
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming stock, ensuring accuracy (quantity, type) and quality (no damage/defects).
- Label and categorize goods using warehouse management systems (WMS).

3. Stock Replenishment & Accuracy
- Replenish stock, monitor inventory levels, and perform daily cycle counts to maintain 99%+ accuracy.
- Complete all inventory processes same-day to meet dispatch deadlines.

4. Order Fulfillment & Dispatch
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery, ensuring compliance with cold-chain protocols.
- Coordinate with drivers to stage and load shipments efficiently.

5. Process Compliance
- Adhere to safety, hygiene, and operational standards in frozen storage environments.

- Experience: 1–2 years in warehouse/logistics (cold storage), preferably with perishable FMCG goods (e.g., produce, meat, seafood, dairy).
- Safety Compliance: No color vision deficiency (due to color-coded safety protocols).
- Training Flexibility: No prior pick/pack experience required; comprehensive training provided.
