Job Description
1、负责天猫平台的项目管理，协调内外部资源，确保项目按时上线并达成业务目标。
2、制定并执行EL运营策略，提升品牌曝光和用户转化，优化店铺运营效果。
3、监控并分析项目数据，定期提供报告，为决策提供数据支持。
4、与品牌方、供应商及内部团队紧密合作，确保项目执行的顺畅和质量。
5、跟踪行业动态，研究竞品，提出创新的运营方案，持续提升市场竞争力。
Job Requirements
1、本科及以上学历，电子商务、市场营销或相关专业。
2、5年以上电商运营经验，有天猫平台运营经验者优先。
3、熟悉电商运营流程，具备数据分析能力，能从数据中洞察问题并提出解决方案。
4、具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神，能够推动跨部门合作。
5、具备创新思维，对电商行业有热情，愿意接受挑战并持续学习。
