● Solutions Consultancy: Act as PIC for SMB portfolio and drive its revenue and operational performances towards assigned goals through regular and ad hoc performance steering, analytics, planning, and reporting
● Advertising Operations: Serve as a PIC of Marketing Solutions Thailand team to collaborate with regional and local cross functional teams, including but not limited to media channel owners, for all Lazada Sponsored Solutions, Emerging solutions, and projects on advertising product operations
● Commercial Enablement: work closely with Commercial team to identify business issues and pain points. Own, design, and execute internal and external engagement initiatives/programs along with communication cadence for Thailand
● Program/Project Leadership: Project-manage and collaborate with regional team in implementing advertiser growth, and product operations projects. Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure effective execution. Monitor performance to adjust tactics as needed.
● People leadership: Coach and guide team member(s) in media operations, and coordination with internal partners (commercial teams and cross-functional teams) and external partners (sellers)

● Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
● 3-5 year of project management experiences, working in sales and/or commercial project management capacities that involves cross functional team collaboration
● Willingness to lead, and run projects with operational scope
● Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders at the same time and work under pressure to meet deadlines
● Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
● Excellent communication skill with ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
● Can-do attitude, service mindset, team player spirit, and willingness to stretch beyond one’s comfort zone

Preferred Qualifications:
● A strong track record of managing projects and/or product operations scope
● Experience in advertisement platform or e-commerce
