Introduction of the Role:
The Head of Marketing Solutions, Thailand is a critical leadership role responsible for driving advertising revenue growth within the Thai market. The role will oversee the development and execution of strategic initiatives to acquire, retain, and upsell clients, ensuring the successful adoption of innovative advertising solutions.
This position is pivotal in shaping the advertising and digital marketing landscape for the company, leveraging market insights, fostering strong client relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional regional teams. The role also includes building and inspiring a high-performing sales and account management team. Responsibilities:
Revenue Ownership
● Drive advertising revenue growth in Thailand by meeting and exceeding ambitious revenue targets.
● Refine and execute strategies for client acquisition, retention, and portfolio expansion to maximize revenue opportunities.
Strategic Execution
● Design and implement a client segmentation strategy, assign portfolios, and execute scalable initiatives tailored for the Thai market.
● Develop and refine go-to-market approaches to drive client adoption of advertising solutions and achieve upsell opportunities with key clients.
Team Leadership
● Build, lead, and coach a high-performing sales and account management team, creating a collaborative, results-focused work culture.
● Ensure the team aligns with the country's financial goals and is equipped to achieve business priorities.
Collaboration and Partnership
● Collaborate with regional product, operations, strategy, and commercial teams to align initiatives with country market dynamics.
● Integrate local market insights into the development and adoption of innovative advertising solutions.
1. A minimum of 8+ years of experience in advertising sales, digital marketing, or media industries, with a strong track record in driving advertising revenue growth.
2. Leadership experience in managing high-performing teams or in roles involving sales, account management, or business development is preferred.
3. Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, data-driven media ecosystems, and developing client-focused advertising solutions.
4. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to effectively partner with clients, internal teams, and external partners.
5. A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a relevant field (required). A master’s degree is a plus.
6. Proven ability to manage client acquisition and retention while balancing strategic execution and revenue growth targets.
7. A deep understanding of the Thai advertising ecosystem and its competitive landscape, with the ability to identify market-specific opportunities.
