Job Description
1、Responsible for designing and optimizing the Top Seller Program, using logical thinking to create effective incentive mechanisms.
2、Possess structured problem-solving skills to address issues encountered during program execution and propose solutions.
3、Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to coordinate resources and ensure smooth program implementation.
4、Strive for operational excellence to guarantee the efficient running of the program, enhancing seller satisfaction and participation.
Job Requirements
1、Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for Marketing, Business Administration, or related majors.
2、At least 1 years of e-commerce platform operation experience, with a preference for those with top seller or similar project management experience.
3、Skilled in logical thinking and innovation, with a deep understanding of e-commerce platform operations.
4、Demonstrated team player with excellent communication and coordination skills in cross-functional collaboration.
5、Attention to detail, responsible, and able to maintain high operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
