1、Manage and develop a portfolio of key mass market accounts for pet supplies, focusing on strategic growth and customer satisfaction.
2、Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at retail chains, ensuring a deep understanding of their business needs and goals.
3、Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth within the mass market segment.
4、Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and logistics, to ensure timely and effective product launches and promotions.
5、Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with key accounts, while ensuring profitability and alignment with company objectives.
6、Analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for new business and product expansion in the pet supplies category.
7、Monitor account performance, identifying potential risks and implementing corrective actions to minimize impact on sales.
8、Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights to senior management, enabling informed decision-making.
Job Requirements
【Job Requirements】:
1、Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2、5+ years of experience in key account management, preferably in the pet supplies or consumer goods industry.
3、Proven track record in managing and growing key accounts within the mass market segment.
4、Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
5、In-depth understanding of the mass retail landscape and the pet supplies market.
6、Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive results.
7、Experience working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
8、Demonstrated ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
