3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, customer service, and product, to implement performance initiatives and monitor their impact.
4. Develop and maintain performance dashboards, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to support data-driven decision-making.
5. Design and execute experiments to validate hypotheses and drive continuous improvement in operational processes.
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
2. More than 1-2 years of experience in operations, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment, with a focus on performance analysis and improvement.
3. Strong analytical skills, proficient in using data tools and platforms to extract, manipulate, and interpret data.
4. Effective communicator with the ability to present complex data clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
5. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and driving results through collaboration and influence.
6. Experience in e-commerce, Sortation business and 3PL operation solutions is highly preferred.
7. Computer literacy (Microsoft Office) with advanced skills in Excel.
