6. Prepare proposals, pitch presentations, and contracts for new clients and partners.
7. Collaborate closely with product, compliance, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
2. 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships.
3. Strong knowledge of cross-border.
4. A strong network and proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
7. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
