We are looking for dynamic and goal-oriented Call Agents to join our Business Development team. In this role, you will actively engage with sellers on our platform, encouraging their participation in key programs aimed at improving store performance and driving growth. This position is critical in building strong relationships with sellers and identifying potential opportunities for further collaboration.
The role involves heavy day-to-day cold calling, requiring persistence, communication skills, and a strong drive to meet targets.

1.Diploma or above, with a preference for candidates with BPO agent experience.
2. At least 1 year of experience in cool calling or sales, with an e-commerce background being advantageous.
3. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and persuading others
4. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and understanding of sellers' needs to provide tailored solutions.
5. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
6. Proven ability to establish trust and build long-term relationships with clients, with a track record in problem-solving.
7.Strong team player, with the ability to work independently and manage oneself effectively.
