1、Manage and develop a portfolio of key accounts under Fashion, ensure they are growing in the same direction of the related category, build new/potential sellers to become bigger and stronger within category.
2、Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
3、Proactively identify new business opportunities, conduct market analysis, and implement strategies to increase market share.
4、Collaborate with internal teams, including product, marketing, and logistics, to ensure seamless account management and delivery of exceptional customer experience.
5、Negotiate contracts, manage contract renewals, and drive sales targets, achieving or exceeding quarterly and annual sales goals.
6、Monitor account performance, provide regular reports, and recommend improvements to optimize account profitability.
1、Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2、More than 3 years of experience in key account management, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
3、Solid understanding of the e-commerce market and experience working with brands.
4、Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
5、Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels.
6、Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends, sales data, and customer behavior for informed decision-making.
7、Fluent in Thai and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
