Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Supply & Demand Planning Execution
○ Own and monitor key supply chain KPIs, specifically Out of Stock Rate(OOS) and Days of Inventory (DOI). Ensure these metrics meet or exceed business targets.
○ Execute accurate demand forecasting for high-volume SKUs by analyzing historical sales data, market trends, and promotional calendars.
○ Manage replenishment orders and inventory allocation to maintain optimal inventory health.
○ Proactively identify risks of inventory health and implement immediate corrective actions (e.g., transfers, promotions, or expedited shipping).
2. Platform & Merchant Collaboration
○ Serve as the primary supply chain partner for key marketplace merchants and brands. Guide them on inventory preparation, replenishment lead time, and forecast sharing.
○ Drive the adoption of Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment (CPFR) practices with top-tier sellers to improve forecast accuracy and fulfillment rates.
○ Resolve daily operational exceptions related to merchant inbound deliveries and inventory discrepancies through effective communication and coordination.
3. Supply Chain Operations & Solutions
○ Identify bottlenecks in the planning-to-fulfillment process and propose practical, data-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency.
○ Collaborate with product and tech teams for system enhancement
○ Develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for inventory management and exception handling.
○ Support peak season planning by executing detailed capacity planning and inventory pre-positioning strategies.
4. Cost Analysis & Efficiency Optimization
○ Conduct regular analysis of end-to-end supply chain costs, including warehousing, transportation, and inventory holding costs.
○ Identify and achieve cost-saving opportunities by collaborating with Commercial team.

2. 平台与商家协同
○ 商家赋能: 作为关键 Marketplace 商家和品牌的主要供应链合作伙伴。指导商家进行库存准备、补货提前期管理和预测共享。
○ 协同计划: 推动与头部卖家建立协同计划、预测和补货(CPFR)机制,以提高预测准确性和履约率。
○ 异常处理: 通过有效的沟通和协调,解决与商家入库交付和库存差异相关的日常运营异常。
3. 供应链运营与解决方案
○ 流程优化:识别从计划到履约过程中的瓶颈,并提出切实可行的、数据驱动的解决方案以提高运营效率。
○ 系统协同:与产品和技术团队合作,优化系统能力建设;
○ SOP 制定:制定和完善库存管理及异常处理的标准操作程序(SOP)。
○ 大促支持:支持大促期间的计划工作,执行详细的产能规划和库存前置策略。
4. 成本分析与效率优化
○ 成本分析:定期对端到端供应链成本进行分析,包括仓储、运输和库存持有成本。
○ 成本节约:通过与业务侧协同,找到机会点,实现降本。
Job Requirements
Qualifications
1. Education:Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
2. Experience:3-5 years of hands-on experience in supply chain planning, inventory control, or demand planning. Experience in E-commerce, Retail, or FMCG industries is highly preferred. Cross-border e-commerce experience is a strong plus.
3. Technical Skills:
○ Advanced proficiency in Excel is mandatory.
○ Proficiency in SQL or Python for data extraction and analysis is highly desirable.
4. Core Competencies:
○ Deep understanding of supply chain fundamentals, including forecasting methods, inventory optimization models, and S&OP processes.
○ Proven track record of improving Out of Stock Rate and optimizing DOI in a fast-paced environment.
○ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on root-cause analysis.
5. Soft Skills:
○ Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence merchants and internal cross-functional teams.
○ High adaptability and resilience in a dynamic, fast-changing internet business environment.
○ Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
6. Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken).

○ 强大的分析和解决问题的能力,注重根本原因分析。
5. 软性技能:
