- Develop and maintain the Group’s planning processes, including annual budgeting, quarterly target setting, and monthly forecasting.
- Prepare and maintain short-term and long-term financial forecasts, budgets, and business plans aligned with business strategy.
- Consolidate and review submissions from Country FP&A teams to support variance analysis and management reporting.
- Monitor financial performance, track KPIs, perform variance analysis, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive financial discipline, optimise cost structures, and support growth and efficiency initiatives.
- Work with country and regional stakeholders to improve financial processes, enhance efficiency, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Maintain accurate financial models, reports, and planning inputs using financial systems and tools.
- Support process improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to streamline reporting and planning activities, including through the use of AI-enabled tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A, preferably in a fast-paced e-commerce or technology environment.
- Proven experience in a regional or global FP&A role, ideally within the e-commerce industry.
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Solid accounting background and understanding of financial process governance.
- Proficiency in financial systems and tools, especially SAP and Anaplan.
- Demonstrated track record of using AI tools to improve work efficiency, automate routine tasks, or enhance analysis and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail, high level of accuracy, and ability to deliver on time.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
