As our Retail Supply Chain Operations Manager, you will be at the heart of building and sustaining a reliable supply base that fuels our Retail growth. This role goes beyond procurement operations, you will shape how our Supply Chain Ops enables commercial success, ensures stock availability and strengthens our competitive advantage in one of the world’s fastest-moving e-commerce markets.

You will play a central role across five key pillars:

As part of an agile, AI-powered Retail organization, you will collaborate with brilliant minds across commercial, logistics, and operations teams to solve our Supply Chain Ops challenges, optimize efficiency, and deliver impact at scale.

Key Pillars of the Role

Seamless Stock Journey
Lead the end-to-end procurement process from purchase orders to inbound, storage and outbound fulfillment
Lead supplier performance improvement initiatives to resolve delivery bottlenecks and ensure on-time, in-full replenishment
Drive reverse logistics activities, including [return to suppliers, scrap/write-off and re-inbound], to minimize obsolescence and reduce fulfillment costs

Unlocking Commercial Success through Supply Chain Expertise
Support commercial strategy and ad-hoc initiatives by collaborating with logistic operations to enhance revenue and improve P&L performance while ensuring operations efficiencies
Manage return to suppliers and scrap processes (reverse logistics) to reduce fulfillment cost and minimize stock obsoletion
Act as a trusted advisor to commercial in negotiating contractual terms related to Supply Chain and procurement

Cross-Functional Supply Chain & Stakeholder Alignment
Partner with Logistics and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth end-to-end procurement and fulfillment
Represent our Retail team with suppliers, commercial, and other stakeholders to align operations with business goals and enable win-win sourcing solutions

Local Capability Building
Apply procurement and supply chain expertise to support local teams in performing effectively and strengthening day-to-day operational capabilities
Standardize local Supply Chain Ops processes, supplier management routine, and key operating metrics to improve consistency, efficiency, and execution discipline

Ad-Hoc Project Driver
Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects that drive measurable value, whether by supporting Retail initiatives beyond your core responsibilities

Stationed in Bangkok, you will need to demonstrate a high degree of autonomy, flexibility and adaptability while collaborating effectively with all types of stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in Supply Chain Operations, procurement or vendor management, preferably in Retail, FMCG or e-commerce; prior experience managing a small team of 3-5 people is a plus
- Strong supplier management skills with proven ability to solve operational issues and secure favorable terms as well as reliable supply
- Hands-on experience in managing supplier performance, procurement operations and troubleshooting supply issues
- Solid understanding of logistics and warehouse processes, with the ability to translate business needs into operational execution
- Background or proficiency in WMS, SAP, or MRP systems will be considered a plus
- Analytical mindset, with strong proficiency in Excel (SQL knowledge a plus)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to influence across diverse teams
- Agile, adaptable and capable of thriving in dynamic, high-growth environment
- Fluent in both Thai and English

In your first 3-6 months, you will:
- Strengthen our supplier partnerships, achieving high fill rates, on-time deliveries, and reduced stock aging
- Build trust-based relationships with commercial, logistics and supplier stakeholders, becoming the go-to Retail partner for operations and supply continuity
- Improve our procurement lead times and supplier SLA performance
- Deliver measurable improvements in reverse logistics, reducing scrap and minimizing obsolescence
