1/ Develop and maintain the Group's planning, including the annual budget, quarterly target setting, and monthly forecasting.
2/ Develop and maintain short-term and long-term financial forecasts, budgets, and business plans, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy and objectives.
3/ Drive financial performance management by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), conducting variance analysis, and providing recommendations for improvement.
4/ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial discipline, optimize cost structures, and identify opportunities for growth and efficiency improvements.
5/ Partner with local and regional stakeholders to optimize financial processes, enhance efficiency, and ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
1/ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in FP&A, preferably in a fast-paced e-commerce or technology environment.
2/ Proven track record in a similar role, specifically in a regional or global capacity, with experience in the e-commerce industry.
3/ Strong understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and present findings effectively.
4/ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels and fostering a collaborative work environment.
5/ Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure continuous growth and development.
6/ Fluent in English and Mandarin
