【职位描述】：
1、负责LAZADA平台的产品设计，理解用户需求，制定并执行产品设计策略，提升用户体验。
2、与跨职能团队协作，包括业务、技术、运营等部门，共同推动产品功能的创新和优化。
3、进行市场研究，分析竞品，为产品设计提供数据支持和创新思路。
4、创建并维护产品设计文档，包括原型、流程图、用户故事等，确保设计的清晰度和可实施性。
5、跟踪产品上线后的用户反馈，持续优化设计，以提高用户满意度和产品性能。


1、Responsible for product design on the LAZADA platform, understanding user needs, formulating and executing product design strategies to enhance user experience.
2、Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business, technology, and operations, to drive innovation and optimization of product features.
3、Conduct market research and analyze competitors to provide data-driven insights and innovative design ideas.
4、Create and maintain product design documentation, including prototypes, flowcharts, and user stories, ensuring clarity and feasibility of designs.
5、Track user feedback after product launch and continuously refine designs to improve user satisfaction and product performance.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in logistics, computer science, engineering or related fields.
2. Proficiency in English as the working language.
3. 3-5 years of experience in logistics products, consulting or operations is preferred.
4. Good communication and collaboration skills, able to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.
5. Experience in the following logistics industry areas is preferred:
- Transportation management systems, sortation center management systems and labor management systems.
