Job Description

Southeast Asia is the next big internet market and global melting point for the whole world e-commerce.

Monetization is an exciting new strategic initiative of Lazada and is expected to be the largest revenue driver for the company. You will be an early member joining our Lazada Sponsored Solutions team, reporting to Head of Sponsored Solutions in Singapore. Together we will build the commercial capability and shape the future of eCommerce monetization in the region.

Scope of work:
 Define clear strategy to grow Lazada Sponsored Solution including positioning of different product, brands/seller engagement and plans to achieve the revenue target
 Build strong relationships with brands, sellers, enablers to unlock advertising budget, drive adoption and revenue growth
 Partner with cross-functional teams, streamline the process and ensure successful execution and scaled operations of different seller segments
 Build strong business cases and create attractive pitching content for a portfolio of product solutions
 Use data and analytics to advice our sellers to plan, measure and improve performance of monetization campaigns, recommending optimization change to achieve seller’s revenue target
 Understand our sellers’ monetization needs, develop business requirements and prioritize solutions to influence and shape the direction of Lazada’s monetization product development

Key skills and attributes
 Excellent communication and organizational skills, experience in working cross-functionally to design and drive scaled programs
 Knowledge of sales and marketing processes, and deep understanding of digital advertising solution is a plus
 Distinctive project management and problem solving skills
 Strong analytical skills, capable of using data analytics to drive business insights and execution
 Innovative and creative thinking, particularly linked to technology know-how and customer engagement
Job Requirements
 BA/BS degree or above
 5+ years of experience of advertising product marketing or product operation experience in fast growing internet companies, and / or management consulting, corporate strategy
 A fast learner, entrepreneur and innovator, comfortable working with ambiguity in a fast paced international company
