Job Description
The role
Lazada, as well as its seller base, is growing very fast, and we put high value in continuous engagement of our entire seller base, through understanding and usage of the platform and its tools, features, and services.

Reporting
Reporting directly to the Head of Seller Operations

Key tasks and responsibilities
As the Seller Engagement Lead, you will look after total number of Selling Sellers of the platform. You will be responsible for finding scalable ways to keep the growing seller base engaged and continually selling through the following levers:

EDUCATION
Oversee creation of efficient training materials for the sellers and launching of training programs for different seller segments which include physical trainings, webinars, and tutorial videos
Spearhead the revamp of Lazada University, the seller learning arm of Lazada

COMMUNITIES
Plan and build offline and online avenues for sellers to connect with each other and develop affinity towards the Lazada brand and mission
Spearhead mounting of seller events focusing on mega campaigns and special occasions

COMMUNICATION
Build communication channels and materials for the sellers and work on improving the read and click through rate of the communications

SELLER ADVOCACY
Drive the Customer (Seller) First mindset within the organization by working closely with internal stakeholders
Improve overall user experience of sellers on the Lazada platform by working closely with Customer Care team
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 8 years working experience in reputable fast-paced company, with experience working with merchants/ distributors/ communities/ partners/ etc. would be a significant plus point
- Outstanding skills of communication, presentation and problem-solving, enjoy communication with sellers and deliver daily support with strong seller-driven mindset
- Strong planning skills for online & offline activities, be creative and not hesitate to take new initiatives;
- Logical thinking process, fast learner, good data & analysis skill;
- Strong business acumen, self-motivated, excellent interpersonal skill, and result-oriented
- Enthusiastic, responsible, efficient, can work under pressure;
- Reliable and good team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment
