Job Description
The Role
Lazada’s Learning and Development team drive the growth and success of our organisation at the individual, team, and business unit levels. As a Program Manager, you will design, develop and deliver talent management and management training strategies suited to a diverse and rapidly evolving environment. You will build up the people who will secure Lazada’s future. You will also grow with us - Lazada’s focus is on creating career paths within the organization that ensure you are able to continually enhance your own career prospects.

Responsibilities

Talent partner
● Design, develop and deliver onboarding programmes and tools that enable enterprise-wide talent management, talent review, leadership development, and performance management
● Local role: Implement innovative talent development strategies and effective learning programmes in your market
● Lead management training programs

Program Strategist
● Work with key stakeholders to continually align learning and development initiatives with the individual, team, and organisational needs
● Track learning outcomes and provide regular feedback to management and partners

Culture Builder
● Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of learning and development programs to create a culture of continuous learning
● Design and implement people programs and culture initiatives that improve the employee experience, strengthen the team, and promote diversity and inclusiveness

Job Requirements
Job Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, economics, or a related field
● Experience in human resource management, with a focus on learning and development or training, ideally in a multinational or technology company; e-commerce experience an advantage
● A passion for people development, with experience in designing, developing, and delivering learning and development materials and programs, both online and offline
● Excellent training and facilitating skills
● Strong business acumen and proven talent and stakeholder management skills
● Self-motivated, highly adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-changing and fluid environment
● Excellent oral and written communication, presentation and negotiation skills (English + insert specific language requirements here)
● Excellent planning and organizational skills
● Good computer literacy
