Job Description
• Define and propose performance metrics and targets and provide communication to ensure clear alignment with all stakeholders
• Conduct analysis for Mega/A+ campaigns to share insights and influence business actions
• Define and propose regional frameworks and data reports that compass multiple aspects ranging from campaign strategy, deal hunting, and promotion hunting
• Consolidate and prioritize data and analysis requirements and work closely with BI and Data Product teams to create/ update management reporting and operational dashboard
Job Requirements
• Experience in e-Commerce or high-growth industries
• A self-motivated, driven individual who can collaborate to get results
• Data savvy with strong analytical and problem-solving skills with knowledge in Excel, Power BI, SQL, or other commercial data analytics software
• Strong stakeholder management skills and excellent communication in using data-based strategy to influence
• Eager to learn and can adapt in fast paced working environment with great flexibility and resilience
