User Growth Operations
Operate daily promotion mechanics / campaign / platform operations to increase buyer growth, order conversion, and retain customers loyalty. (eg: Coins, Voucher Club…)
Design & communicate process guidelines for features (eg: promotion voucher request, engagement features asset booking) with relevant stakeholders in line with campaign strategy.
Responsible in overseeing and executing all feature operations and ensuring all operations are uploaded based on given deadlines on a daily / weekly basis. (eg: promotion voucher creation, product upload operation…)
Identify and follow up on bugs to be fixed to ensure seamless seller and buyer experience.
Direct, monitor and execute UAT of new features / products before launches.
Data Tracking, Product Experimentation & Optimization
Responsible for continuous monitoring & tracking of promotional, gamification / loyalty features & performance to drive optimization and improve efficiency.
Conduct research on competitive landscapes for key markets and identify improvement opportunities.
Identify operations difficulties and provide feedback to improve product operations flow.
At least 1 years of experience in Product Operations or any Operational relevant roles in E-commerce or IT industries.
Basic understanding on user journey experience will be a plus point.
Well-informed of the market competitive structure and industry best practices.
Analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with decision making ability. Excel intermediate level is required.
Proven team leadership, interpersonal skills, and ability to get things done.
Ability to clearly communicate high level strategy and technical details effectively across disciplines, locations, and organizations, including to senior leadership.
A self-motivated, self-directed individual who can also motivate and collaborate with multiple teams.
Ability to drive progress in timely manner and have sense of ownership.
