Job Description
As Head of Performance Marketing, you will join the team responsible for shaping and executing Lazada’s strategy across all paid digital marketing channels. Reporting to the Head of Online Marketing, you will lead a team of best-in-class Performance Marketers in driving high quality conversion campaigns across online channels, and seek out innovative approaches that optimize and enhance their performance for optimal results.

Responsibilities

Strategy and Excellence
Own the end-to-end performance and efficiency of all performance marketing channels
Develop digital marketing strategies and operational roadmaps that deliver on marketing objectives over varying timeframes (daily, monthly, quarterly, yearly)
Track, report and forecast campaign performance across all channels, shaping future strategies
Ensures that projects are delivered in a timely manner and that they are always in line with the business’ guidelines, quality standards, and objectives
Design innovative approaches through periodic A/B Testing for a continuous

Collaboration
Work closely with internal stakeholders for a holistic approach in all initiatives
Partner with regional offices to localize and align end-to-end paid media initiatives with marketing priorities and opportunities
Manage relationships with external partners so they are able to deliver innovative and best-in-class user experiences, and strengthen our market position and leadership

Improvement partner
Provide data-driven marketing insights that can feed the whys and hows of conversion-driven growth, and will deliver data-based recommendations for quantifiable improvements in business results and consumer satisfaction
Automate and standardize cross-department workways through standard operating procedures
Job Requirements
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or any related field; qualifications in SQL and Python are a plus
At least 5 years of proven digital and/or performance marketing experience, ideally in a multinational, technology, or e-commerce company
Solid practical knowledge of performance marketing channels and tools (SEM, UAC, GDN, Facebook, Tiktok)
Strong business acumen and proven project management skills
Able to engage and influence internal stakeholders at every level of the organization
Self-motivated, highly adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-changing and fluid environment
Excellent planning and organizational skills
Able to leverage data points and market analysis to form actionable insights and give recommendations
