Lazada Sponsored Solutions team (Advertising) is responsible for the monetisation of the platform. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible to lead end-to-end Lazada Sponsored Solutions (LSS) business development which comprising of top brands & seller acquisition, incubation, retention and campaign execution and brands/sellers growth to achieve our goals in revenue and seller performance.
In detail, you will be in charge of:
• Identifying potential pools of brands/sellers to get them on-boarding & adopt & later on retain them using LSS products that fit with their needs,
• Planning & Executing LSS strategy to Lazada brands & sellers;
• Using data and analytics to advise our brands/sellers to plan, measuring and improving performance of LSS campaigns, recommending optimization change to achieve brand/seller’s revenue target;
• Partnering with cross-functional teams (commercial/ tech/ sponsored solutions cross teams..), designing and executing programs to drive adoption of seller to solution and seller’s revenue from this solution;
• Inspiring & Elevating our LSS works through Case Study/ Conference & Webinar/ Workshops.. with brands/sellers/eCommerce related organizations.. to promote our products for higher adoption.
In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:
• 5-7 years of experience working in digital advertising sales, digital business development or related fields.
• Be a highly presentable business person in both English & Vietnamese.
• Ability to multi-task and navigate through complications to drive clarity.
• Data-driven with fluency in Excel & Story-telling through data
• Be a great collaborator & event orchestrator
