Job Description
Reporting
This role will be reporting directly to the Head of Lazada Sponsored Solutions

Key tasks and responsibilities
[Oversee Marketing Solutions Operations]
- Understand the features and setup of the different solutions offered to brands/sellers to invest in and towards the platform, i.e. Sponsored Search, Sponsored Display, Sponsored Products, Sponsored Affiliate, Marketing Solutions Portal, external traffic channels such as Facebook and Google
- Represent Marketing Solutions PH in any regional discussion and solution upgrade
- Coordinate with different teams internally, e.g.:
 Commercial heads for overall strategies
 Business Operations on campaign calendars and tiering/strategy, asset inventory, and execution
 Branding, Performance marketing, Sponsored Solutions Operations for ways of working with the team
 Legal and Finance to ensure proper SLAs on the team’s requests
- Monitor overall Joint Business Planning Partners (JBP) and Key Accounts (KA) performance metrics across the different solutions and identify benchmarks, best practices, and points for improvement

[Marketing Solutions Account Management]
- Be present in investment discussions with top KAs and JBPs
- Accompany Marketing Solutions members in negotiating with Key Accounts when necessary
- Understand managed clients’ consumer funnel, goals, and strategy and help the team strategize on how to consult with their accounts
- Provide overall direction on how the team can support brands/sellers/their agencies to build efficient media plans (from planning to execution to post-mortem)
- Set the cadence on how the team looks at key performance indicators, campaign performance, and how often business reviews are conducted with each account tier

[Manage the Marketing Solutions Team Overall]
- Ensure that Marketing Solutions is able to deliver Sponsored Solutions revenue across JBPs and KAs
- Ensure that solution adoption targets are met
- Be the voice of key accounts and top brands when planning with Lazada Sponsored Solutions
- Regularly review account and category splits of the team to see if there’s room to improve efficiency and performance
- Represent the team and its objectives when coordinating with Commercial Heads
- Ensure that Marketing Solutions team maintains a certain level and quality of service to key partners while managing the team’s workload
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in brand/account management
- Brand/digital performance marketing experience is a plus
- Advertising sales experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills to be able to represent Marketing Solutions to top brands, key accounts, and Commercial team
- Firm, strong personality to be able to guide brands, sellers, and agencies to ensure proper usage of tools
- Strong sense of focus to be able to guide the team towards an effective strategy to deliver KPIs
- Attention to detail, analytical skills to help the team have the correct thought process in account performance analyses
- Strong project management and coordination skills to be able to liaise with different internal and external teams
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a clear sense of ownership, quality and timely delivery work
- Willingness to learn in a fast-moving environment
