Job Description
• Data analysis and insight center: BAU ads, A/B test, key projects
• Content, creative, landing page development across online performance channels: key winning USPs, hero SKUs per CLM journey
• New channel and project developer: implement, work closely with regional PIC, measure the efficiency, follow up all technical integration and solution
• Communicate regularly with leadership, regional team, partners to ensure all implementation & testing initiatives are aligned with business goals
• Analysis dashboards, automation reports
• Weekly BI sharing to advise and strenghen operation excellence
• To recommend about channel budgeting, team target based on performance data & customer insight understanding
• Channel testing or new implementation which fully support channel improvement and project acceleration
• Collaboration framework for related projects to smoothen the working process and create a comprehensive synergy
Job Requirements
Qualification:
• BA/BS in marketing, business, communications or related business field (or equivalent experience)
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English

Competency:
• Number oriented, strong at analytics and insight visualization. Logical thinking who can confidently convince the others based on the given data with smooth communication flow
• Ability to thrive in a constantly changing operations environment and collaborate effectively with a variety of individuals
• Thinking out of the box about: content / creative creation for each user segment, effective unit selling point to offer the end users, product assortment improvement
• Familiar with e-commerce ecosystem or Vietnam consumer social behaviour is preferred

Experience:
• At least 3 years experienced on performance marketing, data analysis and report builder
• Hands-on and directly run Facebook and Goolge campaigns (multiple types, objective)
