Reporting to the Senior Associate, LazMall Business Development, you will be responsible for :
Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by Lazada, end to end operations.
Educate and train new Lazada brands and sellers on methods and tools available to optimize their store and drive their store growth.
Strong communication skills and actively engaging with brands and sellers on a daily basis to support brands and sellers.
Adhering to the overall Lazada strategy, come up with efficient way to drive the business forward by facilitating sustainable seller growth.
Monitor and strategize business impact by closely working with commercial experts to empower sellers to grow and fulfill market trend.
Work with stakeholders to streamline process and define clear input and output KPIs. Most importantly, be able to come up with strategies on how to achieve them and utilize the available resources to deliver the results.
Analyzing data and preparing weekly performance figures to management, active participation in weekly and monthly business reviews.

Ability to prepare PowerPoint presentations and sales displays.
