This role of Seller Solutions Associate will work in the Advertising Sales Pod in charge of Mid to Long Tail Sellers, under the Sponsored Solutions team. Sponsored Solutions are Lazada’s offering for qualified stores to place paid ads within the Lazada platform (website and app).
This role will be responsible for improving the effectiveness and efficiency of programs engaging thousands of mid to long-tail sellers with regards to executing the Go-To-Market strategy for mid to long-tail sellers; utilizing available tools and coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure that mid to long-tail sellers participate in activities increasing the adoption and revenue of Sponsored Solutions.
This role will report to the Seller Solutions Manager
Key tasks and responsibilities
SELLER COMMUNICATIONS MANAGEMENT
Strategizing for communications content aligned with overall Lazada and Sponsored Solutions team activities and priorities.
Leading the development of communication materials for mass communications such as app alerts, SMS blasts, and call-outs.
Monitoring of communications performance with an emphasis on continuous improvement.
Development of regular reports to identify best practices for communicating with sellers and potential opportunities.
SELLER COHORT MANAGEMENT & OPTIMIZATION
Management of seller databases.
Identification of target cohorts for program development.
Seller Communications Stakeholders Liaison
Coordination with internal resources to facilitate communications with mid to long-tail seller segments based on communications strategy.
Monitoring of performance of internal resource teams with regards to Sponsored Solutions communications and agreed KPIs.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in marketing and/or related fields.
- Performance monitoring and data analysis skills required. Able to read data, identify problems and opportunities, and develop and present reports at regular cadences.
- Experienced with content planning and conceptualizing communications materials. Creative writing skills are a plus.
- Experience in digital advertising or performance marketing using FB Collaborative Ads, Google Ads, etc is a big advantage.
- Able to develop strategies and communications targeting diverse audiences and specific needs.
- Able to liaison with cross-functional teams to prioritize Sponsored Solutions team’s initiatives.
- Keen eye and attention to detail are highly required.
- Ability to manage concurrent projects or automate recurring tasks is a plus.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, image editing software.
