As Affiliate Marketing Associate/Sr Associate, you will join the team responsible for shaping and executing Lazada’s strategy on Affiliate Program. Reporting to the Head of Online Marketing, you will grow, manage and drive high quality conversion campaigns across different affiliate segments and partners, and seek out innovative approaches that optimize and enhance their performance for optimal results.

You will be responsible for:
Supporting the affiliate marketing channel strategy, objectives and key activities needed to achieve success.
Collaborating with a team of experienced and high-performing Affiliate marketers through the end-to-end operations (Creation, implementation, tracking, post-action analysis, optimization) of the affiliate marketing channel.
Establishing and growing strong relationships with Lazada Affiliate Partners, consolidating our position as partner of choice.
Identify and capitalize on affiliate marketing trends by proactively searching and implementing innovative product and business mechanics to grow the business and improve the ROI.
Liaising with internal stakeholders by defining product (affiliate platform) specifications as well as collaborating with teams across other departments to improve the operating model and SOPs
Reporting performance key metrics and projects implementation status to upper management, as well as providing relevant strategic insights and supporting data.
In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:
At least 3 years’ experience working in one or more of the following industries: ecommerce/online performance marketing/affiliate marketing
Exceptional analytical skills to measure the success of the affiliate programs, experience in leveraging site analytics & insights in order improve performance
Proven clients/partners management skills
Experience using an affiliate/partner management platform (Hasoffers/Salesforce are a strong plus) and knowledge of business-related topic (multi-touch attribution, tracking, different business models eg. CPS, CPC)
Knowledge of MS office package (Excel/PowerPoint above all) functional to the creation of business planning, sales and reporting material such as the following:
