Job Description
Reporting to CRM Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Define customer segmentation strategy base on customer life-cycle to increase customer base, their lifetime value and purchase rate
• Modify the strategy and operation process on an agile manner to suit with constantly changing business’s needs
• Optimize customer’s database including but not limited to demographic and shopping behavior
• Ensure smooth operations and coordination with various stakeholders to deliver KPI
• Deep-dive every single data, propose action plan to optimize all CRM channels’ efficiency and leverage all user segments.
• Deploy the CRM system to ensure company’s commercial and marketing activities are disseminated to the right customers, at the right time with the right content.
• Be a part of Growth team to execute the strategy in order to acquire new customer, enhance loyalty and avoid churn rate
Job Requirements
In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:
• Data scientist/BI background
• Outstanding analysis skills to translate data to business insight
• Creative, hardworking, methodical and very structured
• Affirmative but flexible manner
• Willingness to learn in a fast-moving environment
• Pro-active attitude
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• Good at copywriting in Vietnamese
• Competent communication and presentation skills
• Fluency in English
