Job Description
Launched in 2012, Lazada is the number one online shopping and selling destination in Southeast Asia. Currently, we are having recruitment drive for roles in Marketing Department in the areas below:-

Branding Media
This role is responsible for the planning and execution of campaigns and projects to drive brand value and heath metrics of Lazada and its sub-brands (e.g. Lazada and LazMall).
• Responsible for brand campaign / activation related budget planning and spends actualization.
• Create, implement and oversee branding campaign plan aligned to the media strategy, including digital and social media.
• Responsible for campaign performance monitoring and reporting – including recommendations for improvement and continuous optimization

Branding & Communication
This role is responsible for the planning and execution of campaigns and projects to drive brand value and heath metrics of Lazada and its sub-brands.
• Create and manage branding campaigns that increases brand value and heath metrics of Lazada, including project management of asset production and campaign media investments.
• Responsible for brand campaign / activation related budget planning and spends actualization.
• Drive integrated campaign strategy based on business objectives, including online/offline/social.
• Create, implement and oversee branding campaign plan aligned to the media strategy, including digital media, campaign performance monitoring and reporting

Social Media, KOL & Feed
• Develop and execute social media strategies on a daily basis to reach and engage our target audiences across different social channels. Manage day-to-day social media marketing activities with clear plans while tracking performance with reports.
• Monitor different social channels to be able to identify opportunities that can create buzz. Ensuring key metrics are met (Reach, Engagement, Share of Voice, Top of Mind Awareness)
• Efficiently execute publishing, tracking, and boosting on all social platforms and in internal business platforms.

Creative
• Videography & Art Design skills
• Create compelling idea(s) and gain acceptance from a larger audience in the creative direction process.
• Creative direct work, handle a freelance pool/vendor and ensure high quality creative work is delivered on time, within given time constraints.
• Identifies and manages work from creative talent, freelancers, vendors, and partners to create high quality, new, and interesting work and ensure they match the Lazada tone and brand standards.

Livestream
• Review scripts, breakdowns and storyboards for all livestreaming projects.
• Partner with key production house to develop the livestreaming show approach plan with estimates of budget and schedule requirements needed to complete the work.
• Supervise production of the show from end to end and ensure show delivery within the scheduled timeline.
• Manage production budget and negotiation with external production house.
Job Requirements
• Experienced in any of the area above from agencies background, advertising, creative or media
• Experienced in Marketing department from MNC from FMCG, nutrition industries
