Job Description
Job Overview
• Create compelling idea(s) and gain acceptance from a larger audience in the creative direction process.
• Creative direct work, handle a freelance pool/vendor and ensure high quality creative work is delivered on time, within given time constraints.
• Partners well with other creatives and works as a creative tribe leader in the organization.
• Build relationships and partnerships within and out of the organization, make and/or propose clear and decisive decisions in tandem with Regional Creative, motivate the team when working under difficult situations, and mentor and guide all types of employees on the team.
• Be the heart of inspiration for the team to champion the creative process.
• Identifies and manages work from creative talent, freelancers, vendors, and partners to create high quality, new, and interesting work for MY. This includes giving creative feedback to our agency partner on specific MY campaigns to ensure they match the Lazada tone and brand standards.

Responsibilities and Duties
• Foster a high sense of collaboration within different departments.
• High sense of responsibility and self guidance.
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively throughout the organization.
• Has good leadership and supervisory skills.
• Highly conceptual and strategic abilities to make ambitious and compelling campaigns.
• Ability to work well with all types of creatives, production, and team members in a fast paced environment with changing direction.
• Ability to handle large quantities of creative projects, and help to ensure that deliverables are managed on time.
• Provide creative support to the Marcom team and partner with Regional Creative as the go-to person when creative challenges need to be resolved.
Job Requirements
• 9+ years of experience
• ATL, BTL, Digital savvy
• A portfolio of creative work that showcase outstanding campaigns and projects of varying nature
• Abreast with latest advertising and creative trends, techniques and new developments
• Commercial skills to understand business and industry contexts
• Strong presentation and objection handling skills
