• Champion compelling photo, video, visual + design that gains acceptance from a larger audience in the creative direction process.
• Partners well with other creatives and works as a design in the organization.
• Build relationships and partnerships within and out of the organization, make and/or propose clear and decisive decisions in tandem with Creative Lead,
• Supporting Creative Lead’s voice and be the heart of inspiration for the team to champion the design process.
• Collaborate with Social Media and Live feed team to create high quality, new, and interesting work for MY. This includes creative content for MY campaigns to ensure they match the Lazada tone and brand standards.

Provide creative support to the Marcom team and partner with Creative Lead as the go-to person when creative challenges need to be resolved.
