Scope of work
Champion compelling visual concepts + design that gains acceptance from a larger audience in the creative direction process.
Visual direct work, handle a freelance pool/vendor and ensure high quality work is delivered on time, within given time constraints.
Partners well with other creatives and works as a design lab tribe leader in the organization.
Build relationships and partnerships within and out of the organization, make and/or propose clear and decisive decisions in tandem with Regional Creative Head, motivates the teams when working under difficult situations, and mentors and guides all types of employees on the team.
Supporting Regional Head of Creative voice and be the heart of inspiration for the team to champion the design process.
Identifies and manages work from creative talent, freelancers, vendors, and partners to create high quality, new, and interesting work for SEA. This includes giving creative feedback to our agency partner on specific SEA campaigns to ensure they match the Lazada tone and brand standards.

Has good leadership and supervisory skills.
Deep craft experience in their creative discipline and highly conceptual.
Ability to work well with all types of creatives, producers, production, and team members in a fast paced environment with changing direction.
Ability to handle large quantities of creative work, making smart fast decisions to ensure that deliverables are managed on time.
Provide creative support to the regional Marcom team and partner with Regional Creative Head as the go-to person when creative challenges need to be resolved.
