Working closely with the talent acquisition team, we are seeking for a Recruitment Researcher who can support the hiring team and business leader’s in identifying talent needs and strategy bringing the right people onboard and foster a strong employment brand.
• Build and maintain network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management.
• Work closely with Recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand requirements of the role, the function
• Team with Coordinators and Recruiters to manage an efficient model of operation
• Supporting consultants to deliver on specific search mandates
• Strategise talent pipeline building by researching, map to identify top talent in the market
• Recommend and drive improvements that impact local pipeline areas
• Manage and ensure all sourcing channels are sufficiently utilized, including but not limited to referrals, career portals, CRM, social media, events etc.
• Arrange interviews, ensuring candidates are fully briefed and providing regular communications and feedback
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field
• At least 2+ years sourcing experience with a search firm or in-house recruiting team
• Self-motivated, highly-adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-changing and fluid environment
• Excellent planning and organisational skills
• A deep understanding of recruitment trends in order to develop robust recruitment strategies
