About the Job
Lazada Retail is looking for highly agile and sharp individual to cover 4 main missions:
(1) Manage end-to-end direct procurement of FMCG and Electronics products while ensuring full
compliance with internal policies,
(2) Oversee operational performance of suppliers and warehouses in order to ensure the efficient
flow of goods throughout supply chain,
(3) Conduct root cause analysis of procurement issues and perform troubleshooting for both shortterm fixes and long-term solutions with various stakeholders, including Suppliers, Warehouses,
Commercial, and Finance teams,
(4) Maintain relationships with FMCG/Electronics Suppliers; finding win-win solutions between
Lazada Retail and our Suppliers for day-to-day procurement matters
This position does require good communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders (Warehouse,
Commercial, Finance, etc.)
Your Responsibilities
You are execution-focused and reliable, playing a consistent role in supporting the Retail BU
operations within a leading e-commerce company in Indonesia
• Be part of our end-to-end procurement process including but not limited to Purchase Order
creation, operational issue troubleshooting, and SOP creation
• Maintain strong relationships with Suppliers, Fulfillment team, Commercial, etc. to ensure
smooth operations and consistent stock availability across all Warehouses
• Monitor and manage Supplier Performances including but not limited to Fulfillment Rate,
Procurement Lead Time, minimizing Purchase Order aging, etc.
• Execute stock replenishment and ensure schedule adherence to maintain inventory levels and
stock availability
• Continuously improve day-to-day procurement operations and conduct root cause analysis to
provide short- and long-term solutions
• Support one-off or occasional project(s) related to Supply Chain processes in collaboration with
various stakeholders
Who are you?
The ideal candidate (1) has good communcation skills and (2) is able to work independently while
managing their own scope within an experienced Retail Ops Team
You must (a) collaborate well with cross-functional teams and stakeholders and (b) have (or be
strongly willing to develop) the skills to maintain strong relationships with Suppliers and Warehouses
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business
Management, or other business-related fields
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in fast-paced companies, including but not limited to Retail,
FMCG, or e-commerce companies
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and work independently with the capacity to make
timely decisions
• Strong prioritization and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively under
deadlines
• Solid problem-solving and verbal communication skills
• Sound judgment with the ability to make decisions based on the situations; able to empathize
with stakeholders to find mutual beneficial ground
