• Provide timely and accurate analysis of budgets, forecasts and actuals, ensuring spending is within budget.
• Track and monitor Key Performance Indicator (KPI) for each business units across SEA countries.
• Ensuring that all financial deadlines are met for month/quarter/year-end financial closing.
• Working closely with Business Operation team, Finance controllership team and other stakeholders across locations within SEA to ensure effective and accurate monthly closing of accounting books.
• Prepare reports for each business units for monthly performance review.
• Support new business initiatives, work on streamline and standardization of processes and new system implementations.
• Maintaining and ensuring policies and procedures are adhered to company guidelines. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Bacherlor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
Able to work in fast-paced and high transactions volume environment
Able to multi-task and work under high pressure
Strong communication skills and ability to handle key stakeholders
Good problem solving skills, with proven ability to apply finance knowledge and experience to a diverse range of financial issues.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
