【Job Description】：
1、Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various programs and projects for LAZADA in the Malaysia-Kuala Lumpur-Kuala Lumpur location.
2、Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met, maintaining a high level of communication and collaboration.
3、Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring efficient utilization and alignment with strategic objectives.
4、Conduct regular status updates and prepare reports to keep stakeholders informed of project progress and potential risks.
5、Support in identifying process improvements and implementing best practices to enhance program efficiency.
6、Design and implement seller programs that align with LAZADA's strategic goals; Tasks include but not limited to target setting, benefit design, program tracking, program framework design

【Job Requirements】：
1、Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
2、Above three years of experience in program or project management, preferably in an e-commerce or technology environment.
3、Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
4、Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
5、Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
6、Basic ability in SQL
