5、Monitor and evaluate the performance of incubated sellers, adjusting the incubation program as needed to optimize success rates.
1、Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
2、Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, preferably in the fashion e-commerce.
3、Solid understanding of the global fashion market and the unique challenges faced by small-to-medium fashion sellers.
4、Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders, including sellers, partners, and internal teams.
5、Excellent analytical skills to assess market trends, seller performance, and program effectiveness, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
