2、Collaborate with cross-functional team, to develop and update incubation materials and resources based on market trends and seller feedback.
3、Analyze seller performance data to identify areas of improvement and create tailored strategies to enhance their online sales and customer experience.
4、Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sellers, to understand their needs and provide ongoing support throughout their incubation journey.
1、Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Ecommerce or a related field.
2、Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce, seller management, or a similar role, preferably with exposure to seller incubation programs.
3、Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building relationships and fostering a collaborative environment.
4、Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive data-driven decisions for program optimization.
