Job Description
1. 负责Lazada行业产品的能力建设和体验升级,包括导购、营销、行业服务等
2. 紧跟行业趋势与用户需求变化,在快速变化的场景中找到合适的产品机会
3 .与业务建立紧密联系,以行业成交增长为目标,基于不同场域情况以及不同的业务场景设计方案,协调资源快速落地

1. Responsible for the capability development and user experience enhancement for Lazada's industry-specific products, including areas such as shopping guidance, marketing, and industry services.
2. Keep up with industry trends and changes in user demand to identify suitable product opportunities in a rapidly evolving environment.
3. Establish close ties with business teams, aiming for growth in industry transactions. Design solutions based on different platforms and business scenarios, and coordinate resources for rapid implementation.
Job Requirements
1. 本科及以上学历,2年以上工作经验
2. 2年以上电商产品设计经验,有独立负责产品线的完整经历;优先考虑有导购、营销或交易领域经验的候选人
3. 具备优秀的用户洞察力与商业敏感度,能平衡用户体验与业务目标;
4. 有较好的英语沟通能力,需要使用英文与东南亚同时沟通;

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with 2+ years of professional work experience.
2. A minimum of 2 years of e-commerce product design experience, including end-to-end responsibility for a product line. Candidates with experience in shopping guide, marketing, or transaction domains are preferred.
3. Possesses excellent user insight and business acumen, with the ability to balance user experience with business goals.
4. Good English communication skills are required for communicating with colleagues in Southeast Asia.
