1. Responsible for Lazada MY CRM operations, devising and executing PUSH and Email strategy E2E for DAU growth.
2. Developing Localized notification framework with scenario, segment, topic, contents across user journey to enhance CRM recall efficiency.
3. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams for push requests fulfillment and campaign promotions support.
4. Data analysis on push performance metrics to adjust actions and find out opportunities immediatly.
5. Research and explore customer insight as well market trends to initiate new solution approach together with regional ops, product and tech teams.
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with CRM experience in e-commerce or related industry is preferred.
2. Excellent content ops ability to craft engaging Malay and English content.
3. Result-driven mindset with experience in A/B testing, data analysis and strategy optimization.
4. Good understanding of Malaysia market and in-depth knowledge of e-commerce user behavior.
5. Strong team player, innovative mindset, and self-motivated in a fast-paced environment.
