1、本科及以上学历,统计学、数据科学或相关专业。
2、3年以上BI分析经验,有商品品类或零售行业背景优先。
3、熟练使用SQL进行数据提取和清洗,精通Excel和至少一种数据可视化工具(如Tableau、Power BI等)。
4、具备良好的业务理解能力,能将复杂数据转化为易于理解的洞察。
5、优秀的沟通技巧,能够与非技术人员有效交流分析结果。
1、Bachelor's degree or above in Statistics, Data Science, or related fields.
2、More than 3 years of BI analysis experience, with a preference for those with a background in product categories or retail.
3、Proficient in SQL for data extraction and cleaning, and expert in Excel and at least one data visualization tool (such as Tableau, Power BI).
4、Strong business understanding, able to translate complex data into actionable insights.
5、Excellent communication skills to effectively convey analysis results to non-technical stakeholders.
