• Reporting to Strategic Account Business Development Manager, the candidate will be representing LazMall in hunting top brands in all industries as LazMall sellers by pitching and negotiating a broad range of deals with potential sellers under high-pressured environment
• The candidate must be proactive in building/defining/initiating customized negotiation/pitching strategy with key brands they will acquire
• They should be exceptional at speaking to senior managements from brands and able to represent Lazada as a company
• A consultative selling style is desired, coupled with structured-thinking and street-smart skills needed to drive deals closure in a new business environment
• The role required to take full ownership of hunting targets by working cross-functionally with Thailand team and regional team
• Candidates must be able to conduct cold-calling, negotiating in person or via phone call on both transnational and high value/exposure deals in both English and Thai
• Some special projects will also be assigned to the candidate. Candidate should be exceptional in driving both internal and external projects, acting as a project leader and employing relationship management skills
• Candidate must be data-driven, able to discover insights and drawing conclusions from big data sets
In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:
• Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or business acquisition, with a proven track record in establishing partnerships and driving business growth
• Solid understanding of the Thai retail market and the LAZADA platform, with experience working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building relationships and negotiating effectively with various stakeholders
• Self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial mindset, able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
