Job Description
Workstation Pipeline and Project Management:
1. Manage Product Planning and Pipeline and set priority based on input from both commercial and Product stakeholders
2. Ensure delivery of key Product Developments based on priority through effective project management.
3. Lead Overall Workstation project cadences both internal project team and Business Stakeholders
4. Define RACI on every steps of Product development from discovery to Hypercare stage.
5. Continuously capture resent commercial priorities and identify required Workstation update to support most updated business need

Workstation Governance:
1. Oversee overall Workstation end-to-end design consistency from data / metric definition, user journey
2. Design and Manage user workstation users and roles access

Workstation Adoption and Feedback Management
1. Drive Overall Workstation adoption, key products and key target users through effective dashboarding, review and update to stakeholders.
2. Collaborate with Product Team to manage feedback through effective ticket management and engagement with users
3. Build continuous feedback loop of development-adoption-feedback for product improvement

Users Capability
1. Be Center of Excellence on Workstation skills and collaborate with Commercial Academy and country stakeholders to continuously improve Awareness and users Workstation skills to increase overall adoption.
2. Build efficient users reference materials through in platform product e.g. Ai bot or off platform e.g. Commercial Academy Library in collab with product team and Commercial Academy team.

Key Stakeholder Management
- Product and Tech : Ensure alignment of PRD and timely delivery of product, ensure effective product feedback and upgrade
- Commercial Excellence Managers : Ensure alignment and delivery of BRD, UAT, Roll out, Training Materials and Product Adoption
- Commercial Academy : Ensure robust Workstation training repository, Communication, training execution and users recognition
- Regional BU/Operation : Ensure business requirement are updated and reflected in WS in collaboration with CE Managers.
- Country SO and Commercials : Ensure effective enggagement through at the right stage of product development as per RACI, continous improvement through feedback and adoption review.
Job Requirements
Years of Experiences : 3-5years in Ecommece Platform (a Must), project management, commercial roles, or commercial product management either seller operation or user operations
Bachelor degree.
Language : Business English Level (a Must) and Business Chinese level (highly preferrable),

Skills :
1. Understand Software Product development process
2. Understand Ecommerce Platform Operations, and Mechanics
3. Proven record of Complex Regional level Project Management
4. Simple programming, data SQL and
